Bakor 810-07 is a non-fibered, solvent-type asphalt coating of medium paint consistency. It dampproofs foundation walls below grade and preserves smooth-surface asphalt and metal roofing. Apply by brush, roller or spray.
It's a dampproofing coat, not a waterproofing membrane. For foundations under hydrostatic pressure, specify a membrane system.

No. It's dampproofing. It resists soil moisture but isn't rated for water under pressure.
Fibered or non-fibered?
810-07 is non-fibered and goes on like paint. For a thicker roof coat, 810-09 has fibres.
