The SDWS Timber screw is a 0.220 in. structural wood screw for interior timber work: splines, lap joints, ledgers and log-home stacking. The SawTooth point and serrated thread drive without predrilling in most wood and reduce splitting.
E-coat is for interior use. For exterior or treated lumber, use the double-barrier SDWS instead.

- Pick a length that gives the thread full embedment in the main member.
- Drive with a 1/2 in. low-speed drill and T40 bit until the head seats.
