Stay Sharp® M2 Professional Bimetal Hole Saw (3/4" to 6")
Professional-grade M2 bimetal hole saws from EAB's Stay Sharp® line that cut wood, plastics, ferrous and non-ferrous metal. A deep 1-3/8" cut and a 3/16" heavy-duty backing plate add strength and stop mandrel run-out. Sold individually in 26 sizes from 3/4" to 6"; mandrel not included.

How to Install
- Thread the hole saw onto a matching arbor/mandrel and lock the pilot bit in place.
- Set the drill to the maximum RPM for your size and material from the RPM table, or lower.
- Let the pilot bit centre the cut, then feed with steady pressure; use cutting oil on metal.
- Back out often to clear chips, and eject the plug once the saw has cooled.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the hole saw come with a mandrel?
No. Each hole saw is sold on its own; fit it to a matching hole saw arbor/mandrel.
How deep does it cut?
All sizes cut 1-3/8" deep.
Can it cut steel?
Yes. The M2 bimetal teeth cut ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as wood and plastics; keep to the maximum RPM for your size in the table and use cutting oil.
