Majvest 700 SOB is a black acrylate-coated fleece facade membrane for building envelopes with permanently open facade gaps of up to 50 mm and a maximum open surface share of 40%. It is extremely UV-stable and resistant to ageing, with permanent airtightness.
A SIGA adhesive tape is built into the roll (SOB), so the laps bond without separate tape. It is dimensionally stable, easy to apply and gives a clean dark appearance behind open cladding.
