King Chain #2 Zinc Plated Straight Link Machine Chain
Machine chain is short-pitch general utility chain. It is the light chain used for hanging, restraining and guiding rather than for load securement, and the short link pitch is what lets it run over a pulley or sit flat against a surface.
Zinc plating gives indoor and light outdoor corrosion resistance. It is not a marine finish, and machine chain is not for overhead lifting.

Questions
How much can it hold?
325 lb. working load limit. Machine chain is a utility chain, not a rigging chain.
Straight link or twist link?
Straight link keeps its shape and runs better through a pulley or guide. Twist link lays flat against a surface. Same trade size, slightly different ratings.
Can I use it outdoors?
Zinc plate handles light outdoor exposure. For anything wet, coastal or continuous, use hot-dip galvanized or stainless.
Can I lift with it?
No. Machine chain must not be used for overhead lifting.
