Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP - 340 EWEN AVENUE, NEW WESTMINSTER

  • Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm and Saturday 8am - 4pm. On the cart page, select the day and pickup window. Next, click the "Check out" button and select "Pickup". Most orders can be ready in 4 hours or less. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SMALL ORDER DELIVERY

  • Applies to any order under $500.00 before taxes to all zones, except zone 5.
  • Must be offloaded by hand or forklift. Extra charge for hiab unloading. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • On the cart page, select the delivery date, delivery window, and offload method. Next, click the "Check out" button and select the "Ship", then enter your address. Local delivery is available for cities in the below list. The rate charged depends on the city.  If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Zone 1 - Queensborough, Annacis Island

Zone 2 - New Westminster, Surrey, Burnaby, Port Coquitlam, Richmond, Delta

Zone 3 - Vancouver, North Vancouver, Port Moody, Belcarra, Ladner, Pitt Meadows, Coquitlam, Anmore, UBC, West Vancouver, White Rock, Maple Ridge, Tsawwassen, Langley, Aldergrove

Zone 4 - Abbotsford, Lions Bay, Mission, Chilliwack

Zone 5 - Agassiz, Whistler, Pemberton, Mount Currie

  • Orders will be delivered on your selected day and delivery window (AM or PM).
  • Different offload methods are available depending on order size, available equipment, and where onsite material is needed. If hiab (regular or large) is selected we will manually add on the crane time to your order. Below is a list of available offloading methods and applicable extra charges.

Hand - Orders with 50 items and max 50lbs per item. 

Forklift - Customer to have a method of offloading onsite. Forklift, zoom boom, tractor etc. 

Hiab - Regular - Orders that require a max 45' crane to unload. Extra charge of $2.50/min minimum 60 minutes.

Hiab - Large - Orders that require a max 75' crane to unload. Extra charge of $2.50/min minimum 60 minutes.

OUT-OF-TOWN DELIVERY

  • Orders placed outside of our regular delivery area (see above) will be handle on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us prior to order and we will provide a quote.
