Shipping policy

Store Pickup — 340 Ewen Avenue, New Westminster

• Orders can be picked up Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm and Saturday 8am–4pm. On the cart page, select your pickup day and window, then choose “Pickup” at checkout. Most orders are ready in under 2 hours. You’ll get an email when your order is ready.

Hardware Delivery — Canada & United States

• Hardware items can be shipped anywhere in Canada or the US.
• Delivery fee and estimated delivery time are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order.
• Eligible small orders ship free anywhere in Canada. Enter your address at checkout to see if your order qualifies.

Local Delivery — Lumber & Building Materials (BC Lower Mainland)

• Lumber and other building materials are delivered within the BC Lower Mainland. On the cart page, select your delivery date, window, and offload method, then choose “Ship” at checkout. Price and estimated delivery time are calculated at checkout — if local delivery doesn’t appear as an option, your order isn’t eligible for this service.
• Offload methods available at checkout:
  • Flat Deck Truck Delivery — you unload by hand or forklift.
  • Regular Hiab — 45′ crane unloads on-site, no forklift needed.
  • Long Reach Hiab — 75′ crane unloads on-site, no forklift needed.
  • Extra Long Reach Hiab — 100′ crane unloads on-site, no forklift needed.
  Availability depends on order size and what’s needed on-site. Hiab options carry an extra charge, shown at checkout.
