Refund policy

Re-Stocking Fees:
Calculated on the total invoice value of all returned items, before tax
30% Engineered Wood Products
20% All Other Items

Guidelines:
1. Material must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
2. A copy of your original receipt (or if you purchased on your contractor account, your order #) is required
3. All returned items will be subject to inspection and will need to be returned in the condition in which they were sold.
4. Any items returned that are deemed un-saleable will be subject to a disposal fee. Disposal fee will be at discretion of Griff Building Supplies.
5. Jobsite returns must be approved by your salesperson prior to being picked up.
6. Any returns picked up on a Griff truck will be subject to a return freight fee.
7. Cash/Debit/Credit returns are subject to a manager’s approval prior to processing.

Special Orders:
Griff Building Supplies does not accept returns on special order items. Anything purchased that is on a special-order basis, will be a final sale. You will be notified at the time of purchase that the item(s) you are buying are special order and are not refundable.
