Refund policy

Guidelines

1. Material must be returned within 90 days of purchase.
2. A copy of your original receipt (or, if you purchased on your contractor account, your order #) is required.
3. All returned items are subject to inspection and must be returned in the condition in which they were sold.
4. Any items returned that are deemed un-saleable will be subject to a disposal fee, at the discretion of Griff Building Supplies.
5. Jobsite returns must be approved by your salesperson prior to being picked up.
6. Any returns picked up on a Griff truck will be subject to a return freight fee.
7. Cash/Debit/Credit returns are subject to a manager’s approval prior to processing.

Re-Stocking Fees

• Calculated on the total invoice value of all returned items, before tax.
• 30% — Engineered Wood Products
• 20% — All Other Items

Pre-Order / Special Orders

• Pre-order and special order items are generally final sale, but may be eligible for return in some cases — a restocking fee and return shipping fee would apply. Check with the store to see if this applies to your item.
