This Metal Framing Stiffener Carry Channel, available in 16 gauge and 18 gauge, can easily be installed through a stud knock-out and used with bridging clips and screws for lateral bracing at a maximum of 48 inches on center. This multi-purpose section offers corrosion protection and resistance to stud rotation and minor axis bending.
