King Chain 1/8 in. x 50 ft. Galvanized Aircraft Cable Kit
The largest of the three uncoated coils: fifty feet of 1/8 in. galvanized steel cable in 7x7 construction, made to US Federal Specification RR-W-410D, with four wire rope clips and two thimbles in the pack.
At 340 lb. safe working load this is the one for a dog run that has to survive a big dog, a gate cable or a guy wire on something that catches wind. KingChain states plainly that these cables are not intended for aircraft use, whatever the name says. Never exceed the safe working load, and never use it for overhead lifting.

Questions
Which way round do the clips go?
The saddle sits on the live end of the cable and the U-bolt on the dead end. Reversed, the U-bolt crushes the part of the cable carrying the load.
How many clips per eye?
Two, which is why four are in the pack. Space them a few cable diameters apart and retighten once the cable has taken load.
Is 7x7 the same as 7x19?
No. 7x19 has more and finer wires, so it bends more easily and is the choice where the cable runs over a pulley or sheave. 7x7 is stiffer and holds its shape better on a static run like a guy wire.
Can I cut it with side cutters?
Use a cable cutter. Side cutters crush and splay the strands, and a splayed end will not feed through a thimble or take a sleeve.
What can I actually hang on it?
Three hundred and forty pounds is the safe working load KingChain publishes for this diameter, and it is not for overhead lifting.
