This is a 2x8 primed fascia board, surfaced on all four sides (S4S), 16 ft long. The factory primer coat gives it a paint-ready face for fascia, rim boards and heavy exterior trim.
Primer is a base coat, not a finish. Topcoat it with exterior paint soon after install to protect the wood, and seal the cut ends before you fasten them in place. It is not pressure treated.
