PowerDrain 6000 Geocomposite Foundation Drainage Mat, 4 ft. x 50 ft.
PowerDrain 6000 is a geocomposite drainage mat that protects a foundation wall from subsurface water and hydrostatic pressure. A dimpled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) core creates a drainage plane against the wall, and a fully bonded non-woven polypropylene geotextile lets water pass through to that plane while keeping soil and sediment out.
Installed against the foundation with the geotextile facing the soil, the dimpled core holds a 10mm gap off the wall. That gap channels water down to the drainage rock or footing drain instead of letting it build up as hydrostatic pressure against the wall.
