GUARD 2" Single Locking Solid Brass Padlock
The GUARD 626 is a 2 in. solid brass padlock with a standard shackle and a single-bolt locking mechanism, lighter duty than GUARD's double-locking 8xx series, but with a larger 2 in. body than the double-locking line goes up to.
The brass body resists rust for outdoor use, and the shackle is chrome-plated steel with a brass pin cylinder to resist picking. GUARD rates the 626 weatherproof, with a rubber seal that keeps rain and moisture out of the pin mechanism.

- Rust-proof solid brass body

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the same lock as the 1-3/4 in. double-locking GUARD padlock?
No. This is the 2 in. body, single-locking 626 model. GUARD's double-locking padlocks (the 8xx series) top out at 1-3/4 in.; this is a different, larger-bodied line.
How many keys come with it?
Three keys ship with each lock, keyed differently.
Is this padlock weatherproof?
Yes. GUARD rates the 626 weatherproof: the rubber seal at the shackle-to-body joint keeps moisture out of the pin mechanism, and the solid brass body doesn't rust.
