HardieTrim Smooth is James Hardie's fiber cement trim board, milled 3/4 in. thick (4/4 nominal) with a flat, painted-wood look. This is the 5.5 in. width, in 12 ft. lengths.
Used for window and door casing, corner boards, frieze and rake trim, fascia, light blocks, column wraps and decorative scrollwork.

How to Install
- Fasten with a 16-gauge, minimum 2 in. long, corrosion-resistant finish nail.
- Space fasteners no more than 16 in. o.c.
- Keep fasteners at least 1/2 in. from board edges and 1 in. from board ends.
- Use stainless steel fasteners in coastal regions.
- Prime all field cuts and fastener heads, and caulk joints per James Hardie's paint and caulk requirements to keep the substrate warranty valid.
