Joist Hanger Hand Nails (Per Pound)

Joist hanger nails are short, thick-shank nails used to fasten joist hangers, framing ties and other light-gauge steel connectors to wood framing. Sold by the pound in bright (uncoated) and galvanized finishes.

Choose the length and finish to suit the connector and the job. Bright nails are for dry, interior framing. Galvanized nails are the choice where the framing is exposed to moisture or is pressure-treated.

Always check the connector manufacturer's installation instructions for the required nail type, diameter, length and coating, and fill every nail hole the connector specifies.
