North P100 Particulate Replacement Filters

A pair of replacement P100 particulate filters for North reusable half masks and full facepieces. P100 is the highest particulate class NIOSH certifies: at least 99.97% efficient against airborne particles, oil-based mists included.

Particles only. A P100 filter gives no protection against gases or vapours, such as solvent and paint vapours or acid gases. For those, use a combination cartridge such as the North 7583P100L.

North filters fit North facepieces only. Check that the part number on the pack is listed on your mask's NIOSH approval label, and get the mask fit-tested so it seals.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it stop paint or solvent fumes?

No. It stops particles only. For solvent and paint vapours, use a combination cartridge such as the North 7583P100L.

Will it fit a 3M or Miller mask?

No. North filters go on North facepieces only, and mixing brands voids the NIOSH approval.

When do I change them?

When breathing through them gets harder, or when a filter is damaged or dirty. If you work under a respirator program, follow its change schedule.
