Quikrete Concrete Bonding Adhesive 4 L
Quikrete Concrete Bonding Adhesive is a one-component ethylene polyvinyl acetate co-polymer bonding agent. It bonds Portland cement repair mortars, toppings and stucco to existing concrete.
It can be painted on, mixed into a slurry coat with Portland cement, or diluted as a primer. Toppings must be applied within 48 hours of priming and the product must be protected from freezing.
